Directions to Wyman Creek Trail:
From San Diego take 395 north to the town of Big Pine CA. At the northern edge of Big Pine take Hwy 168 east to Deep Springs. (about 30 miles) Just past the Deep Spring Ranch entrance watch for a house and a barn as well as other out buildings on the left. Turn left at N37 23.520 W117 58.859. Continue to a pole line road heading north. Follow that road up Wyman Creek until it reaches the Bristlecone National Forest main dirt road.
