Grapevine Canyon Trail
From the intersection of Hwy 78 and S2 (Scissors Crossing) go east on 78. After you go through "The Narrows" and cross the bridge continue until you drop into a valley. There will be a trail on the left following up the valley to the northwest at N33 07.775 W 116 25.215. This is the trailhead for Grapevine Canyon Trail. The trail continues up the valley as it narrows. When you come to a "Y" at N33 09.843 W116 30.637 take a right. Continue as this trail heads northeast until it eventually reaches Hwy S22 on Montezuma Grade at Culp Valley via the Jasper Trail. This is a very easy trail only needing high clearance vehicles. Usually 4WD is not needed on this trail except following extreme weather.
