When Replying to an earlier message Do Not include the text of the earlier message "Stacked" with your Reply. Instead, supply the context for your reply in the Subject. Each Message, and Reply, should "Stand Alone". One should not need to re-read the original message in order to understand your Reply.
Replies that apply only to the original writer should be sent to that person via email, not posted on the Group Bulletin Board.
