Departure Time

Run Announcements must indicate a specific Departure Time.  DO Not say "...we will leave around...". 

We make every effort to leave ON TIME.  If someone arrives late or arrives too late to prepare their vehicle for the trail they should not expect the Group to wait for them to prepare their vehicle.  Look for the Group on the trail.

Leaders:

DO NOT leave the meeting place early in case participants arrive by the stated time only to find the group has left early.
